Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be attached
- Must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Sale items and final sale items
- Intimates, underwear, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors based on availability

- Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
